Writer’s Prelude. This week will simply feature letters as we discuss Real Madrid. Maybe they’ll matter and maybe they won’t. It is what it is. It’s just how I felt those days.

Today’s letter has been canceled as I couldn’t muster the energy to deliberately contribute to a space where fans simply bicker not because of football but aged personal spats. And sadly I’m no better. But today I’m trying to be.
