Happy Saturday, folks! There’s a lot of football today that I will not watch, including the (live) Tottenham Hotspur vs. Everton match. Why? Because I will be with my family attending my first ever Renaissance fair. That’s right, instead of going insane watching Spurs, I’ll be watching people in period costumes try and sell me things! And you know what? I’m excited!
In other news, I continue to be baffled by English football TV schedules. There are 5 matches in the 10 a.m. ET / 3 p.m. BST slot, but
no early match. That’s five matches that English fans can’t watch in England when a 7:30 a.m. slot is right there! There’s probably a reason for it, but I don’t know what it is! It’s weird!
Anyway, this is your open thread. Cowabunga, dudes.
