Fall is in full swing here at the ranch. It was apple cider weekend. We clear all the trees and pull out the cider press.
After squeezing our own apple cider the past few years, I have come to believe that
the stuff most grocery stores sell cannot possibly be geniune apple cider. It may have a picture of an apple on the label, but it doesn’t resemble home-pressed cider in any way shape or form.
