The No. 1-seed Michigan Wolverines and No. 1-seed Arizona Wildcats meet at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis in the NCAA Tournament’s Final Four on Saturday evening.
If you’re looking for the traditional broadcast with play-by-play man Ian Eagle, color commentators Bill Raftery and Grant Hill, and sideline reporter and Michigan alumna Tracy Wolfson, you can head over to TBS and TNT. However, it was announced this week that Michigan’s famed Fab Five — Jalen Rose, Chris Webber, Juwan Howard, Ray Jackson
and Jimmy King — will be doing a live showing of the game that they’ve dubbed the “Fab Five Altcast.”
“Teammates Chris Webber, Jalen Rose, Juwan Howard, Jimmy King and Ray Jackson will join host Adam Lefkoe to share real-time reactions, unique perspectives on the game, and untold stories and candid reflections from their historic run at Michigan,” a press announcement said.
If this sounds like a different and fun way to watch the game, below is all the info you’ll need for tonight.
How to watch the Fab Five Altcast
- Traditional TV channel: TruTV
- Streaming option: HBO Max
- Day: Saturday, April 4, 2026
- Time: 8:49 (ish) p.m. ET
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Lucas Oil Stadium)
“It’s going to be great, and we’re excited about it,” King said. “It’s a symbol of our support of the University of Michigan, especially because our team is doing so well in the tournament. The team has looked good all season, being dominant and setting records and the way they’re doing it, it’s been fun to watch.
“We want to just come together and be fans of guys on the cusp of doing something historical.”
I think this is a cool alternative to the traditional broadcast. I like most of the people on the traditional broadcast, but I think I’m going to flip over to the Fab Five Altcast for a little bit just to hear what they have to say. And if it’s a fun enough alternative, I may keep it on TruTV.
