Pittsburgh Steelers free agent wide receiver Scotty Miller is visiting the Detroit Lions, Adam Schefter reports. Miller is also scheduled to tryout for the Chicago Bears next week.
Miller joined the Steelers ahead of the 2024 season along with the likes of Van Jefferson, Cordarrelle Patterson, MyCole Pruitt, and Ben Skowronek. The Super Bowl champion appeared in 26 games with Pittsburgh in his two seasons with the team, catching 14 passes for 131 yards.
Pittsburgh added multiple names to its receiving
corps this offseason. They started by trading for former Indianapolis Colts wideout Michael Pittman, and then added Alabama’s Germie Bernard in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, as well as Kaden Wetjen out of Iowa in the fourth round. Considering where the room has been over the last number of years, it’s fair to say that this is the best corps the Steelers have had since 2020, or even further back.
