Las Vegas Raiders’ general manager John Spytek did his best to try to improve the roster by spending big in he early parts of free agents and that should help boost the roster.

The Eagles went all five seasons and hoisted a Super Bowl trophy. The Chiefs went four times and won two Super Bowls. The Buccaneers went to the playoffs four times .This is a tried-and true NFL formula, you draft consistently and will win consistently.
