Today, among Rosenthal’s 14 questions to answer at the deadline, he ponders owner Ray Davis’ desire to rid himself of payroll ahead of the presumed lockout this winter. So yeah, thrilling times for fans of baseball and the Texas Rangers in particular.
And, I wish I had some better news to end this with but Sebastian Walcott hit the IL with a concussion after getting hit in the face when an errant throw which pretty much perfectly sums up this week as far as the Rangers go.
