The National Women’s Soccer League officially announced they will stream eight remaining Sunday night matches on the Roku Sports Channel through the end of the 2026 season, with plans for an expanded 25-match package for the 2027 season.
“As we continue to grow the NWSL’s audience, we’re focused on making it as easy as possible for fans to find and watch our matches wherever they are,” said NWSL Chief Marketing Officer Rachel Epstein in a statement. “Roku’s tremendous scale and accessibility make
them an exciting partner as we bring more NWSL matches to more viewers and continue building consistent destinations for fans to engage with our league.”
The Roku Sports Channel is free through the Roku Channel and the broadcasts will begin with a match between the Seattle Reign and the Houston Dash.
The new agreement will replace matches previously expected to be broadcasted on Victory+. The NWSL began broadcasting matches on Victory+ in 2026, but ended their partnership before the season even finished following missed payments to the league according to a report from The Athletic.
The current media rights contract was originally announced at the 2023 NWSL championship with matches to be broadcasted across four separate external platforms including CBS Sports, ESPN, ION, Prime Video and the league’s own streaming service, NWSL+.

The deal with the Roku Sports Channel and the league’s other media rights partners is expected to end with the conclusion of the 2027 NWSL season.
