would have been the big story, but QB Shedeur Sanders is making his first NFL start.
We already knew that QB Dillon Gabriel was not going to play in Week 12, with QB Bailey Zappe elevated from the practice squad. Cleveland had already ruled out WR Jamari Thrash and DE Alex Wright for today’s game versus the Raiders, but OT Jack Conklin was questionable for the matchup.
