With last nights game — a dominant 12-4 win by the Los Angeles Queens over the Boston Hunters — in the books it’s time for the New York Heights and San Francisco Firebells to face of in what will be each teams second game of the season!
In their first game, the Heights took an early lead, but the Queens would eventually come storming back to take the victory 10-8. The Heights will look to prove that their showing in the early parts of Saturday’s game were more indicative of their true talent level than the rain-slicked foibles of the last couple innings.
For the Firebells they’d like to prove that their first game showcased exactly what type of team they’ll be the rest of the season. On Sunday, they crushed the Hunters 11-3 in a game highlighted by consistently hard hits from players up and down the lineup.
Which teams narrative will shift the most after their second game? Well, you’ll just have to tune in and find out!
