The Indianapolis Colts are on the road, across the Atlantic Ocean to take on the Washington Commanders in London England for week 4 of the 2026 season, kickoff is at 9:30 a.m. EST.
Last week we watched as our Colts got in the win column against a still winless Houston Texans team. The game came down to the wire after three costly Daniel Jones turnovers, but the defense stepped up to stop a struggling Texans offense. It is always and I mean always a good thing to win against a divisional opponent,
but it truly was an ugly win.

What we saw last week wasn’t great, but it was better than a loss. Perhaps the best news to come out of last week is that the Houston Texans offense is very, very bad and they’re considering giving quarterback CJ Stroud a long term, market setting extension after the season. That’s fantastic news, I hope they do! Regardless, this week Indy will play another opponent that appears to be at least partially hobbled on paper.
The Washington Commanders come into week four down star quarterback Jayden Daniels, star receiver Terry McLaurin, starting guard Sam Cosmi, and former Colt and current starting safety Nick Cross. All will miss today’s game due to injury. The Colts will just be down Keenan Allen.
I am skeptical that what we saw last week was a tide turning moment for the 2026 Colts, specifically a defensive unit that still doesn’t appear to have things figured out. I think the Commanders have the ability to win any Sunday with Marcus Mariota at the helm and international games are usually low scoring and always weird. Hopefully the Colts can take advantage of Washington’s injury situation and pull out a win in front of King Charles.
Prediction:
Commanders: 20
Colts: 17
As always, go Colts.
