The Chicago Bears (3-2) were embarrassed on the road by the Green Bay Packers, 31 to 7, but before they can turn their attention to Week 6 and the Atlanta Falcons, they have some work to do. After the game, head coach Ben Johnson was asked if they’d try to fix everything that went wrong when they watch the film, or if they’ll just try and quicklry get through it and move on.
“We’ll do what we do every week and we’ll look at what we did well and what we didn’t do well enough,” Johnson said. “I mean,
winning minimizes the mistake; losing maximizes them. They’re there every single week, and I’ll tell you what I told the team. I believe in this coaching staff. I believe in our players and I believe in our process. And so the process doesn’t change. Process doesn’t change. It’s week five. I know we’ll respond the right way. We got the right guys in this in this building.”
The Falcons (2-2) play at home on Sunday night football against the Baltimore Ravens, but our partners at FanDuel Sportsbook already have some early odds posted for the Week 6 game. This may change based on the outcome tonight, and it could move if Caleb Williams is cleared to play, but right now the Bears are favored by 1.5 points. The over/under point total in the dome is 48.5.
Atlanta has one of the best running backs in the NFL in Bijan Robinson, and a damn good RB2 in Brian Robinson Jr., so the Bears will need to figure out how to slow the Falcons rushing attack down if they want to get their fourth win.
