The Phillies will get their last look at the Washington Nationals on Sunday afternoon as the two teams wrap up their three game set at Citizens Bank Park. After a loss on Friday and a win on Saturday, the Phillies will look to put another series win in the books with a victory on Sunday.
Ranger Suarez will be on the mound for the Phillies. The lefthander has been inconsistent since the All-Star break, but he’s coming off a strong outing against the Mariners.
The Nationals will turn to Jake Irvin. The righthander has had a rough month of August with an ERA of 9.31 in four starts.
