As the Michigan football team works for a spot in the College Football Playoff, several former Wolverines are making plays to help their respective NFL teams. Here are the top performances from Week 11.
Devin Bush records pick-six for Cleveland Browns amid career year
The Cleveland Browns may have lost to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but former Michigan linebacker Devin Bush did his part. After a pass from Lamar Jackson bounced off the hands of running back Keaton Mitchell, Devin Bush caught it and returned it 23 yards for a score.
Bush recorded four tackles and a pass defensed (that interception). He is the second-leading tackler (66) on the Browns to go along with a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and an interception.
In that same game, Browns defensive tackle Mason Graham recorded two tackles, including a tackle for loss.
Nico Collins scores in Texans win
Coming off of his first Pro Bowl season, Nico Collins has not scored much, but he did find the end zone in a Houston Texans win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. In the victory, Collins led all receivers with nine catches for 92 yards. On the season, he has 49 receptions on 82 targets for 642 yards and four touchdowns.
Two Michigan defenders log half-sacks in losses
In that same Titans-Texans game, second-year linebacker Jaylen Harrell logged half a sack for the Titans. Harrell made two tackles in the game and has seven tackles on the season. With the Titans nowhere near the playoff reps, hopefully he gets more reps as the season winds down.
He wasn’t the only former Wolverine to record a half a sack in a loss, with Aidan Hutchinson getting credit for one in the Lions loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night football. He also recorded three tackles and a quarterback hit.
Other notable performances
-While he did throw a touchdown pass to Jordan Addison to help the Minnesota Vikings take the lead with 50 seconds left, Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy did not play very well in the loss to the Chicago Bears, throwing for just 150 yards and two picks to go along with that touchdown.
In that same game, Vikings safety Josh Metellus racked up 10 tackles.
-In a win over the New York Giants, Green Bay Packers pass rusher Rashan Gary logged three tackles.
-In a win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson caught a pass for 17 yards. In that same game, Bengals safety Dax Hill recorded six tackles, a tackle for loss and a pass defensed. Bengals cornerback DJ Turner II recorded four tackles.

In that same game, Rams rookie defender Josiah Stewart recorded two tackles, Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Mike Morris recorded a tackle, Seattle running back Zach Charbonnet racked up 47 all-purpose yards, and Seattle tight end A.J. Barner caught a team-high 10 passes for 70 yards.
