Rip City Remix forward Jayson Kent is being signed to the Portland Trail Blazers on a two-way contract, a source told Blazer’s Edge:
Kent, 24, spent five years in college (two with Bradley, two with Indiana State, and his last
with Texas), going undrafted in the 2025 NBA draft. Kent joined a late October 2025 open tryout for the Remix, the Blazers’ G League affiliate, before being announced on the Remix’s opening night roster in early November.
The 6’8” forward has averaged 12.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 29.7 minutes per game over his 25 games with the Remix so far this season.
