The New York Jets offense could have a big day against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, if they can just avoid the crushing mistakes. The Cowboys pass defense has been atrocious, yielding an average of nearly 350 passing yards per game to opponents over the last three games. If ever there was a game for Justin Fields to excel at passing, this is it. That’s a good thing too, because as poorly as the Jets have played on defense, and as well as the Cowboys have played on offense,
there’s a good chance this game could develop into a shootout. If the Jets want to win such a game, Fields will probably need to augment the Jets’ success on the ground with a big day through the air. Let’s hope he’s killing it on Sunday.
