What is the story about?
According to ESPN’s Jeff Kassouf, Kansas City Current midfielder/forward Ally Sentnor is headed to Angel City FC for an $850,000 transfer fee.
The amount is the second most in NWSL history, only behind Jaedyn Shaw’s transfer to Gotham FC for $1.25 million.
In August of 2025, she joined KC Current from Utah Royals for $600,000. In 12 games this season, she has scored two goals and tallied two assists.
Could Angel City FC look to extend the USWNT forward? Sentnor’s current contract is set to expire at the end of the 2026 season.
Earlier in the day, it was announced that ACFC fired head coach Alex Straus and traded midfielder Kennedy Fuller to Bay FC.
