Recalled because OF Taylor Trammell was going on the Paternity List. Today, the Astros activated Trammell from the Paternity List, and optioned Loperfido back to Triple-A Sugar Land.
Barring an injury, Loperfido will have made his last appearance for the Astros this season due
to the 10 day rule. Players optioned to the minors must wait 10 days before being recalled unless they are an injury replacement.
