The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will try to tally their first win of the season on Saturday when they welcome the Purdue Boilermakers to South Bend. It’s been a wild start for the Irish as both losses to start the season came at the hands of current top 10 teams, and they were both a one possession game.
Purdue is currently 2-1 with wins over Ball State and Southern Illinois, but lost at home to the USC Trojans last week — a game that included a delay in action due to the weather.
Speaking of the weather…
It should be one hack of a day in South Bend for Notre Dame VS Purdue. It’ll be a warm game inside Notre Dame Stadium with a high of 86 degrees, but with a mostly cloudy sky and a bit of slight breeze, it should be a really good shorts and shirt day. Even during the morning tailgate hours, the temperatures should be well above 60 degrees — so have yourself a good time.
