The Colts are at home in primetime on Monday Night Football. Philip Rivers is starting at quarterback and somewhere up there Jim Irsay is smiling down on his team. Last week saw a near miracle, can the Colts pull it off against a 49ers squad who have clenched a playoff berth? Time will tell. But every Colts fan is hopeful.
