The Cleveland Browns were far more inactive than many expected them to be as the 2025 NFL trade deadline passed. Unlike the New York Jets, who they face in Week 10, the Browns made a small move at the deadline after
making multiple moves earlier in the season.
Cleveland heads into Week 10 of the NFL season with their two first-round picks next year slotted in the sixth and 19th spots in the current order. The Browns have 10 draft picks in the 2026 NFL draft, with the possibility of one more as a part of the compensatory pick process, and eight scheduled for the 2027 NFL draft.
The offense is the big concern in Cleveland with OC Tommy Rees taking over playcalling duties starting this week against the Jets. There are a couple of building blocks with RB Quinshon Judkins and TE Harold Fannin Jr., but everything else is up in the air on that side of the ball.
With that in mind, we bring you a 2026 Cleveland Browns Mock Draft using Pro Football Network’s Simulator.
2026 Browns Mock Draft
First round
QB Ty Simpson, Alabama
Until the quarterback position is secured, the rest may not matter. There are still a lot of questions about the upcoming class, but Simpson has excited many with his play this year for the Crimson Tide.
OT Isaiah World, Oregon
It would have been nice to have WR Carnell Tate fall this far, but left tackle still seems to be a higher priority at this point, even if he had. World is a perfect combination of size, quickness, and strength to protect Simpson’s blindside.
Second Round
WR KC Concepcion, Texas A&M
Choosing between a bigger receiver who can’t separate and a smaller one who can isn’t always easy, but Concepcion’s short-area quickness and explosiveness got the nod here to help Simpson have easy options all over the field, not just on the outside.
Third Round
OT Drew Shelton, Penn State
We are not done building Cleveland’s offensive line, with Shelton providing the team with a solid right tackle option right out of the gate. He has strength and speed, even if he isn’t the biggest tackle overall.
Fourth Round
TE Eli Raridon, Notre Dame
With David Njoku likely moving on, Raridon is an intriguing, bigger tight end prospect to pair with the smaller Fannin and to help with blocking assignments for two rookie tackles.
Fifth Round
CB Domani Jackson
S Zakee Wheatley
DE Kenyatta Jackson Jr.
At this point in both the college football and NFL seasons, it is hard to have a good idea where certain players will go, so it is more about the process and positions later in a mock draft.
Jackson provides a depth piece that can help if Martin Emerson Jr. leaves in free agency. Wheatley has the ball skills to be a true single high free safety, and Jackson’s size would help replace Alex Wright if he leaves in free agency.
Sixth Round
OL Riley Mahlman, Wisconsin
With a name like that, he has to be an offensive lineman. At 6’6” with short arms, Mahlman projects to move inside, but he has the movement skills and a powerful jab to succeed in that role.
LB Jimmy Rolder, Michigan
The linebacker position is very much in flux after Carson Schwesinger, so depth late in the draft makes sense.
Seventh Round
WR Bryce Lance, North Dakota State
Why not take a shot on the bigger type receiver with the 6’4”, 210-pound Lance here? After over 1,000 yards and 17 touchdowns last year, Lance is averaging 19.5 yards per reception in 2025. That could translate at the next level if given time.
