Hello Chicago Bears fans! Monday night in Seattle is the biggest road test yet for a 5-2 Bears team that has looked like a legitimate contender. Chicago’s league-leading rushing attack and a Caleb Williams-led offense that just put up 30 on the Patriots run into the defending Super Bowl champions, a 4-3 Seahawks squad coming off a dominant 20-3 win over Kansas City. Both teams have added significant pieces before the deadline, with the Seahawks adding All-Pro guard Quinton Nelson, and the Bears adding All-Pro defensive
tackle Jefferey Simmons. Seattle is favored by about three points at Lumen Field, but the Bears’ recent form and ability to control the ground game give them a real shot at a statement win. What follows are our score pick, winner, and projected stat lines for a prime-time matchup that could shape the NFC race.
Kickoff: Monday, November 2, 2026, at Lumen Field in Seattle at 7:15 p.m. CT (8:15 p.m. ET)

Pick and Predictions
Josh: In the first game without Cole Kmet, the offense struggles to move the ball for three quarters. Jaylon Johnson limits JSN to 120 yards and a touchdown, which seems nearly miraculous. Caleb tries and fails to stage some late-game heroics. It comes down to a throw Darnold should never have tried and a Thieneman pick-6. Chicago steals one 24-20.
Sam: Realist take. This is one you probably mentally put as a loss when the schedule came out in the spring. I’m not sure anything has changed for me. If it were in Chicago it’s a different story. The Seahawks defense just showed their teeth against Patrick Mahomes. We know Ben and Caleb will get theirs, but this game is going to be a slugfest, worthy of the playoff implications it will likely carry. Seahawks 27, Bears 26 after a potential Chicago game-winning 2-point conversion attempt is knocked incomplete with less than 2 minutes to play.
Gary: I had this penciled in as an L back when I did pre-season predictions. Defending Superbowl champions, best defense in the league on the road in one of the most hostile environments. The deck is stacked against us. With the way the offense has performed, even without the benefit of a rushing attack that was leading the world the first 4 weeks, it gives you some hope, but you can’t win every game, and a road loss to the defending champs is an honorable death.
27-21 Seahawks.
Edit: Jeffery Simmons is a Bear, 400-0 Bears.
GOOCH: After the Hawks added Nelson, I had concerns, especially since we are on the road in a stadium legendary for how difficult it is for the opposition. But then Poles decided to bring us the best defensive tackle in football. The Hawks’ defense is tough. They’re going to accumulate at least three sacks against Caleb, who is still working his way back to 100% from the hamstring pull. But my optimism meter is overflowing, and I believe that Guy will be back playing on Monday night, and we will have our two-headed monster at running back again. The Bears do what they do, control the clock, run the ball, and put up 150 yards on the ground between Swift and Monangai, with KM getting a touchdown in his return. Luther Burden and Colston Loveland notch TDs, while Rome puts up 80+ yards. Meanwhile, the Bears have Sam Darnold and the Hawks offense on their heels all night. They can’t get a consistent running attack, and Darnold is sacked by Simmons, Sweat, and Booker while throwing an ill-advised pick to T.J. Edwards, who drops into coverage in his return to the lineup. Bears 27, Seahawks 17.
