The Seattle Seahawks entered the 2026 NFL draft with few needs, and addressed the biggest one in Round 1. After a couple of surprises up top, the Seahawks found Notre Dame’s and the NCAA’s RB2 still available. And thus, Jadarian Price’s Seattle career begins.
If you’re new to the scene on Price…yes, it is extremely rare for the top two running backs to be selected from the same school. In fact, it’s unprecedented. But while Jeremiyah Love went third overall, this Price kid is no joke!

With the loss of Kenneth Walker, this position became a big deal. Seattle didn’t have to move around at all, and a talent of this level at 32 projects to be a good start to the draft. His presence may be immediately felt as the team now has a little more room to breathe in the rehab and return of Zach Charbonnet.
