Star Lord is inevitable.
Super Bowl week brings out the celebrities in droves, with appearances beginning far before the cameras go live on game day.
A local Lake Stevens man who took some theatre classes will be introducing the Seattle Seahawks as part of a dual pre-game introduction.
Chris Pratt has been a Seahawks fan since growing up in the area, and has turned
into one of the more familiar A-list Seattle faces in recent years, most notably starring in the Guardians of the Galaxy, Jurassic World, and Avengers film series. In fact, I saw him on the field pregame back when the Seahawks beat the Kansas City Chiefs 38-31 in 2018 when both Russell Wilson and Patrick Mahomes looked like MVPs that game.
This is cool and all, but I rather think they should have had Mookie Alexander do the introductions.
(Editor’s note aka Mookie’s note: I don’t think I’m quite famous or serious enough for this honor)
Alas. Media Row is in full swing, with the Seahawks appearing now throughout the week in all kinds of places. Just a few days left until the hype finally gives way to the Big Game.
