Ansu Fati is enjoying a strong finish to the campaign with Monaco as he heads towards the end of his season-long loan from Barcelona.
The forward scored another eye-catching goal at the weekend to take his tally to the season to 12 in all competitions for the Ligue 1 side.
Fati’s father has said he’s happy at Monaco, while the rumor mill has already claimed the club will trigger the 11 million euro buy option in his contract.
However, a new update from Mundo Deportivo says that Fati hasn’t completely
made his up his mind yet and hasn’t ruled out a dream Barcelona return.
The word is that Fati “is still being considered as an option” for Barcelona’s left wing as the club look at transfer plans ahead of the summer window.
Fati is said to be happy at Monaco but believes he could have a place in Hansi Flick’s squad next season, particularly as transfers may be difficult again this summer due to financial constraints.
