Tyler Huntley drew his second consecutive start and played the entire game. Every offensive lineman also went the distance minus Ronnie Stanley, who was sidelined for just one play. Backup swing tackle Carson Vinson again saw a small handful of snaps as an extra blocker. The Ravens were out-snapped 57 to 63 overall after the Browns roughly doubled their snap total in the second half.
In the backfield, Derrick Henry saw 33 snaps compared to Justice Hill’s 24. Hill did not receive a carry in this game
and caught three passes for minimal gain. Henry ran 17 times but gained just 58 rushing yards and had a costly fourth-quarter fumble.
Rashod Bateman exited the game after 17 snaps and did not return with a shoulder injury. That thrusted rookie wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane, who was making his return from injured reserve, into a 31-snap role. Lane caught four passes for 40 yards with multiple first-down conversions. Zay Flowers played 50 of 57 (88%) snaps and Devontez Walker’s 37 snaps saw him targeted twice with no catches.
Matthew Hibner’s absence at tight end opened the door for fellow rookie Josh Cuevas to shine. In 23 snaps, Cuevas caught a season-best four passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. Mark Andrews, despite playing 18 more snaps than both Cuevas and Nick Vannett, caught only one pass for a few years.

On defense, the usual suspects played all 63 snaps: Roquan Smith, Nate Wiggins, Kyle Hamilton and Malaki Starks. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey gutted out 60 snaps despite nursing two lower-body injuries entering this game. Keyon Martin replaced Chandler Rivers as the primary slot corner, and he had a strong performance in 24 snaps. Rivers didn’t see the field after playing a lot since Week 1. Chidobe Awuzie played only 3 snaps and Jaylinn Hawkins’ snap share (87%) returned to a high level after he saw a dip in playing time last week.
Trenton Simpson continues to maintain a strong hold on the starting weakside linebacker spot opposite Smith, with Teddye Buchanan’s snap count dropping from last week (19 to 5). Simpson tied with Hawkins for the team-lead in tackles (eight).
The Ravens’ defensive front had an active day. Nnami Madubuike stuffed the stat sheet in 49 snaps with two quarterback hits and his first half-sack since returning from injury. Calais Campbell’s 28 snaps saw him record a sack, tackle for loss and two quarterback hits. Travis Jones, who suffered a knee injury in Week 5, played 34 snaps. Broderick Washington’s absence allowed Aeneas Peebles to play six snaps.
On the edge, Trey Hendrickson returned from a two-game absence and led the group with 39 snaps. Tavius Robinson notably saw a big dip in playing time, as his snap share dropped below 50%. Mike Green’s snap count also decreased significantly in Hendrickson’s return to the lineup (24 snaps). Zion Young played 25 snaps while undrafted rookie Ethan Burke received seven defensive reps.
