UFC Paris went down yesterday (Sat., Sept. 6, 2025) inside Accor Arena in Paris, France, which saw Nassourdine Imavov secure a unanimous decision win — and possibly a title shot — over Caio Borralho in the main event (more on that here). In the co-headlining act, Benoit Saint Denis defeated a flat-footed Mauricio Ruffy via second round submission
(watch highlights), while Mason Jones stopped Bolaji Oki via technical knockout in the second round (replay here).
Winner: Nassourdine Imavov Who He Should
Face Next: Wait and see…
Imavov now sits in the driver’s seat for a title shot against Middleweight king, Khamzat Chimaev, with his dominant win over Borralho. That said, he will now have to wait and see if Reinier de Ridder or Anthony Hernandez can win in a bit more impressive fashion when they throw down next month. If either of those two men can win with an impressive highlight-reel finish, they could very well get the nod. It’s still anyone’s game at this point, so let’s just wait and see.

Winner: Benoit Saint-Denis
Who He Should Face Next: Mateusz Gamrot
After stopping Mauricio Ruffy’s hype while securing his second straight win, Saint Denis is now eyeing his first three-fight win streak since 2023. “God of War” would make a good foe for Gamrot next. During a recent interview, Saint Denis revealed that he was eying a showdown against Gamrot for Paris, and now that he has the win for some leverage, he should be calling for it again. Gamrot was last seen defeating Ľudovít Klein this past May.

Winner: Modestas Bukauskas
Who He Should Face Next: Alonzo Menifield
Bukauskas has quietly been putting together a nice run for himself, winning four in a row — three finishes — included his blistering buzzer-beating knockout win over Paul Craig last night (see it again here). Now, “The Baltci Gladiator” is looking to make a case for a Top 15 spot, and if he can get a win over Menifield — who is ranked No. 13 — it could do the trick. Menifield is an even 2-2 over his last four fights inside the Octagon.

Winner: Mason Jones
Who He Should Face Next: Chris Duncan
Jones secured his sixth straight win — second under the UFC banner — by eliminating Bolaji Oki via second-round TKO. For his third challenge inside the Octagon, perhaps a fight against Duncan makes sense. “The Problem” has won three straight and was last seen defeating Mateusz Rebecki earlier this month. It will be a battle between two young up-and-comers looking to start a nice run.

Winner: Axel Sola
Who He Should Face Next: Adam Fugitt
Sola improved to 7-0 with a stoppage win over Rhys McKee in his UFC debut. It will be a slow approach for Sola if I had my way, so I wouldn’t mind pairing him up against someone like Fugitt next. Fuggitt has not been able to pick up much steam during his five fights with the promotion, amassing a 2-3 record, which includes his most recent loss at the hands of Islam Dulatov via knockout this past summer (see it here).
