The Los Angeles Rams expect receiver Puka Nacua to return this Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Sean McVay. Nacua returned to practiced and participated in a limited capacity on Wednesday. Nacua, who has been listed with both hip and psoas injuries, has not played since Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Nacua had five catches for 74 yards in Week 1.
The Rams have had a lot of productivity from Davante Adams in Nacua’s absence, totaling well over 300 yards in the last two games. However, Nacua is the rare type of weapon who changes how defenses can prepare for the Rams offense every week, and Matthew Stafford is not the same quarterback without him. His deep passing threat is completely gone without Nacua, something that helped him win MVP last season.
Nacua had a league-leading 129 catches in 2025, plus 1,715 yards. He is a free agent in 2027.
