More Cyrus, please!
Over three-fourths
of Chiefs fans who voted in this poll want to see more playing time for wide receiver Cyrus Allen than for running back Emmett Johnson or defensive back Jadon Canady.

EJ I love that K-9 is running wild but damn I want to save some of that energy for the playoffs and not run him into the ground by playing him all the time. Unless we are behind and need him.

I want to see more of both Johnson and Allen. I picked Johnson though. He already is and has some expectations to carry some of the load. I am indeed excited about Cyrus Allen, he had some great touches in preseason. That said, he was 5 or 6 on the depth chart for a reason of those above my pay grade. His need to shine now is due to injury.

I would be most interested/excited to see more of Allen, but I put Emmett Johnson, since Kenneth Walker needs to not average 25 touches per game if we hope the Chiefs’ season will be 20 or 21 games.

I think Allen will get more targets as the season goes on. If I remember correctly Rice wasn’t used much early on, but the 2nd half of the season was when he made most of is plays.

Want to see Allen, but Johnson is the more important need in reducing Walker’s touches. Allen isn’t going to change the result of the season but using up Walker will directly impact the playoffs.
