Aaron Glenn’s first season with the Jets was rough. Can he learn from it and grow into a successful coach?
This week in our SB Nation Reacts survey, we asked whether Glenn will be the coach to break the Jets’ long Playoff drought. The votes were split down the middle.
I don’t think it’s a surprise to see the fanbase so divided on Glenn at this point. His first season wasn’t just bad. The Jets posted a worst point differential than the infamous Rich Kotite teams from the mid-1990s. Glenn himself frequently
looked overmatched on the job. It got to the point where the topic of one and done started to gain steam in the fanbase.
The Jets kept Glenn aboard for a second season. Now we will see whether a new roster and a year under his belt will help the head coach look better.
