According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren, who’s officially designated as ‘questionable’ with a groin injury, will be a game time decision ahead of the team’s 1 PM EST home clash against the Tennessee Titans:
Originally a 2025 first round pick of the Colts, the 2nd-year tight end has 30 receptions for 213 total receiving
yards (7.1 yards per reception average) and 2 touchdown receptions, as well as a rushing touchdown, through 5 starts so far this season.
Warren was a limited participant during Friday’s practice, having suffered the injury then.
If there’s somewhat of a silver lining for the Colts, it’s that backup tight end Will Mallory has been activated off injured reserve and could help replace some of Warren’s lost receiving production.
We’ll have to wait-and-see if Warren appears on today’s upcoming game day inactives announced by the Colts.
