Portland Trail Blazers wing Jerami Grant may miss another game with Achille soreness, this time against his old team the Detroit Pistons.
The latest injury report for tomorrow’s 7pm game at home against
the Pistons lists Grant as “Questionable” with “Left Achilles Tendon Soreness,” the same ailment that had his status as “Questionable” before yesterday’s matchup with the Kings before he was ruled out at 4pm Pacific .
The rest of Portland’s injury report for tomorrow looks very similar indeed, with all players previously listed as “Out” against the Kings still out of commission with – thankfully – no new additions.
The Blazers will honor their 2000 Western Conference Finals team at the Moda Center tomorrow, with former players such as Damon Stoudamire, Bonzi Wells, and others reported to be in attendance. The team also shared that fans “should arrive early to receive a special placard upon entry to Moda Center featuring an official team photo,” and that “fans are encouraged to wear their favorite Blazers gear to the game and visit Entry A18 to capture a special photo in the 360 Photo Booth showcasing their style to friends and family while creating a timeless keepsake.”
You will find the author (in a black Brian Grant jersey) and his wife there, so please feel free to say hello if you see them!
