When you live in the Midwest, seafood is hard to … trust. I can get it, of course, and I love a trip to Costco. But I’m not really actively searching it out.
My wife and I tend to take a lot of our vacations to the beach (mostly against my will – I burn), and I do make use of being on the coast to eat seafood. And I like basically any kind of seafood, and I’m willing to try any of it as well. The only kind of seafood I don’t really like is tuna.
My personal ranking of seafood (provide yours in the
comments):
- Lobster
- Calamari
- Scallops
- Catfish
- Tilapia
- Crab
- Mussels
- Whitefish/Cod
- Shrimp
- Oysters
- Clams
I haven’t had octopus, but I very much want to.
