The Jets got their second win of the season in Week 10 to the delight of many of their fans. I know there are also some tank commanders out there wondering how it impacted the team’s position in the NFL
Draft. The Jets did drop with their win but do continue to hold a top five pick.
- Titans 1-8
- Saints 2-8
- Giants 2-8
- Browns 2-7
- Jets 2-7
- Raiders 2-7
- Dolphins 3-7
- Commanders 3-7
- Bengals 3-6
- Falcons (pick traded to Rams) 3-6
- Cardinals 3-6
- Cowboys 3-5-1
- Ravens 4-5
- Vikings 4-5
- Texans 4-5
- Panthers 5-5
- Chiefs 5-4
- 49ers 6-4
Over the last three weeks the Jets have “fallen” from first to second to third and now to fifth. Fans worried about Draft positioning should see that two wins really haven’t caused much of a drop. The team is still in line for a high slot.
Picks 19 through 32 are determined by Playoff results. The Jets also receive the Indianapolis Colts’ first round pick. If the season ended today, the Colts would have the top seed in the AFC and an automatic bye to the AFC Divisional Playoffs which would put their pick somewhere between 28 and 32.
