One of the great stories of Bayern Munich’s young season has been the revitalization of Serge Gnabry’s career.
Last season, Gnabry looked like a lost soul at times, but has had an excellent start to his
2025/26 campaign. Those performances have not gone unnoticed by German national team head coach Julian Nagelsmann.
“He’s in very good form at the moment. There are several reasons for that: First, his physical condition. He’s not having any problems at the moment and is very fit. That’s very important. And he’s also benefiting from the fact that Bayern don’t have 15 players available in that position. It’s good for him that he can play freely and I hope he will do the same (Friday) with us,” said Nagelsmann (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
What a boost it would provide to have Gnabry producing as consistently for Germany as he has for Bayern Munich.
