The women’s division is now deeper with the latest signing from AEW. Dani Luna is officially All Elite.
Luna debuted at All Out as the mystery opponent to challenge Persephone for the TBS Championship. Thanks to interference from Dr. Britt Baker, Luna lost the match.
A short while later, Tony Khan confirmed that Luna signed with AEW. She responded, “Right where I’m supposed to be. ALL ELITE.”
Luna cut a quick promo backstage happy to be All Elite. Luna can lose, but the lesson to Baker and Perse will be that she doesn’t die.

Luna is a strong signing for AEW with a powerhouse style. Luna broke in on the UK wrestling scene. She signed with WWE for NXT UK in 2019 as part of Subculture (Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews). The trio were released in 2022. Luna took her talents to TNA, where she became a two-time women’s tag team champion with Spitfire teammate Jody Threat. Luna was granted her release from TNA earlier this year. If AEW also brings in Threat to be Luna’s partner, the tag team division better watch out.
In terms of rivalries in AEW, Luna can play either babyface or heel effectively. She has history with Alex Windsor. Luna won the Undisputed British Women’s Championship from Windsor in RevPro in 2023. Luna can also rumble in hardcore matches, as evidenced by the bloody dog collar match against Indi Hartwell in TNA.
