Harry Kane’s impact at Bayern Munich was immediate. Goals, leadership, and a sense of authority up front quickly made him one of the most important figures in the squad. Now, Bayern are already looking ahead and looking to secure his future.
As per a report from Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, the club have officially opened talks with Kane over a new contract that could keep him in Munich until 2028 or even 2029. Board member for sport Max Eberl confirmed the development, stating that discussions
are already underway. More importantly for Bayern, Kane is more than willing to extend his stay.
According to the report, Kane has are no thoughts of a move elsewhere. The English star is understood to be fully committed to the project, having settled seamlessly at the club. He loves Bayern, the fans, and the city, and that comfort off the pitch has clearly translated into performances on it.
Harry Kane represents stability, experience, and a statement of intent for the club. Locking him down long-term would send a clear message about where the club see themselves heading in the coming years. While negotiations are still in the early stages, the mood around the talks is positive. And if things continue on this path, Bayern may soon have their talisman secured well into the future.
