Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight Parker Porter continues to thrive in his post-Octagon career.
Now a Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) brawler, Porter scored a dramatic comeback
knockout against Anthony Garrett in the main event of BKFC Fight Night: Mohegan Sun last night (Sat., Dec. 20, 2025) in Uncasville, Connecticut.
Porter has been virtually untouchable since transitioning to BKFC, but he dealt with some major adversity against Garrett. The two heavyweights wasted no time trading bombs until Porter dropped Garret with a brutal uppercut. Garret returned to his feet and then went on to drop Porter three times — the final knockdown coming in the closing seconds of the opening round.
Garrett continued pressing forward and looked to be pulling away in round two, landing clean shots and backing Porter up. Then, out of nowhere, Porter uncorked a thunderous left hand that sent Garrett face-first to the canvas. Garrett attempted to beat the count but couldn’t make it to his feet in time.
Watch the highlights below:
After being released from UFC in late 2023 following a 4–4 run, Porter has found new life in BKFC. The 40-year-old improves to 3–0 in the promotion, all by knockout, and now could be one win away from a BKFC Heavyweight title shot. That belt will be defended at BKFC KnuckleMania VI, where Ben Rothwell faces Andre Arlovski.
Meanwhile, Garrett suffered his first BKFC loss after rattling off three first-round knockouts, including a 16-second finish of former UFC fighter Lavar Johnson.
BKFC returns on Jan. 17, 2026, when Julian Lane takes on Dustin Pague in the main event of the promotion’s first card of the new year.
