What is the story about?
The 2026 NFL Draft is in the books.
Starting with Fernando Mendoza at No. 1 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders, and ending with linebacker Red Murdock, the No. 257 overall selection to the Denver Broncos, it was three days of fun.
Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry stayed busy by making several trades over the draft’s seven rounds, but ultimately ended up selecting what is being viewed as a promising draft class:
- Offensive tackle Spencer Fano
- Wide receiver KC Concepcion
- Wide receiver Denzel Boston
- Safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren
- Offensive tackle Austin Barber
- Center Parker Brailsford
- Linebacker Justin Jefferson
- Tight end Joe Royer
- Quarterback Taylen Green
- Tight end Carsen Ryan
That is a lot of new faces for the coaches to work with, and the selection of Green
adds yet another layer to the quarterback position.
OK, let’s jump in with today’s edition of the Sunday Dawg Chow.
