Barcelona target Ruud Nijstad caught the eye on Sunday with an impressive goal for FC Twente in a 4-1 Eredivisie win over Camburr.
The defender opened the scoring in some style midway through the first half with a super strike. Nijstad brought the ball forward and then left fly with a left-footed effort from outside the box that flew into the top corner.

Barcelona have been linked with Nijstad for a little while now, with the club
confirming at the end of last season that the Catalans are admirers.
Rumors of a potential move have resurfaced in the wake of Alvaro Cortes’ departure for Royal Antwerp and may have been fuelled by Nijstad’s admission that he’d love to play alongside Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsi.
With the transfer window set to close tomorrow, a deal looks unlikely, but Nijstad is clearly a big talent and well and truly on Barcelona’s radar.
