Barcelona left-back Jofre Torrents looks to be heading out of the club this summer on a season-long loan to gain some first-team experience.
According to Cadena SER, Ajax and Racing are two clubs hoping to land the 19-year-old for the 2026-26 campaign.
Torrents looked set to break into the first-team last season after featuring in pre-season but suffered a serious ankle injury in February that kept him sidelined for months.
Barca think the best move now is for the teenager to continue his development
by playing regularly. Ajax is a potential destination, along with Racing and another unnamed Spanish club.
Torrents is expected to travel to England for Barcelona’s upcoming training camp and pre-season friendlies but his exit could then be finalised when the team returns.
Hansi Flick has Alejandro Balde and Gerard Martin available to play at left-back for next season and is also hoping Joao Cancelo can be signed on a permanent transfer.
