Federico Valverde broke his silence on Thursday with an Instagram message aimed at shutting down the noise surrounding Real Madrid in recent days. With rumors, criticism, and speculation swirling around
the team — particularly involving Vinícius Júnior, Valverde himself, and the coaching staff — the Uruguayan midfielder delivered a statement:
“After a week in which many things were said, we are more united than ever,” Valverde wrote.
“Having Vini and Mbappé is a blessing, but having the best team in the world committed is an honor,” he said. “The coaching staff and the players are more united than ever.”
His message comes at a crucial moment. A combination of external criticism and speculative reporting had cast doubts over internal harmony at the club — doubts Valverde shut down emphatically. Beyond the team-wide focus, Valverde also addressed his own form, openly acknowledging his desire to return to his highest level.
“Personally, I’m working hard to get back to my best form,” he shared. “The manager has always been there for me, supporting me and doing everything he can to help me continue to grow and contribute to the team.
“It’s not always easy, but the coaching staff and players are more united than ever.”
