All signs are pointing towards Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike and linebacker Teddye Buchanan to make their 2026 debuts against the Cowboys in Brazil. Both were listed as full participants in practice on Wednesday and Thursday on the team’s latest Week 3 injury report and will travel to Rio de Janeiro tonight, per ESPN’s Jeremy Flower. , with reporting that Buchanan will play on Sunday.
Madubuike was noncommittal during his locker room media availability on Thursday, saying only,
“We’ll see.” But his upgraded status this week – his first full practices since injuring his neck in Week 2 of last year – represent a major step forward in his return process.
Buchanan, meanwhile, is expected to play, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz. Sunday’s game will mark roughly nine-and-a-half months since he tore his ACL last December, ending the fourth-round pick’s mini-rookie breakout next to Roquan Smith in the middle of Baltimore’s defense.
