Remember recruiting? Head coach P.J. Fleck and co. tend to do most of the heavy-lifting in recruiting before the start of the season, but there appear to be one or two oars left up for grabs, as Wisconsin
tight end George Rohl announced his commitment to the Minnesota Golden Gophers Tuesday morning.

Scouting Report
No other Power 4 offers, including the home-state Badgers, so Rohl would seem to be an under-the-radar prospect with high upside, and the scouting report bears that out. His size projects well with a large frame at 6’6” and 230 lbs., and Rohl has used that size to his advantage when utilized in the passing game, boxing out defenders with his catch radius. He has been a versatile tool for his high school program, playing inline to block with power in the run game and splitting out wide to give his quarterback a big target. Rohl is an effective blocker for his age, but he is also raw and will need to continue to develop physically and in his technique.
