Welcome back to College Football Saturday!
While your Miami Hurricanes are on a bye, there are a couple great marquee matchups tonight in Primetime.
While you watch games from coast to coast today, hop in
the comments and talk about the action as it happens. And, in case you needed to know who to root for in games with ACC teams, we’ve got you covered on that front:
I’ll post a couple highlight games in this window, but here’s a watchgrid graphic from TrigDraws, a contributor with another network.

Here are the games I’m watching this evening, with lines provided by our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook:
- #6 Oregon at #3 Penn State, 7:30pm, NBC; line: Penn State -3.5 — In his tenure at Penn State, James Franklin beats everybody in the Big10 but Michigan and Ohio State. Oregon is on that level of program, and Franklin’s Nittany Lions will need to find a way to FINALLY win a big game. Meanwhile, Dan Lanning looks to keep Franklin searching for a big win, and move the Ducks a step closer to the Big10 Championship game.
- #17 Alabama at #5 Georgia, 7:30pm, FOX; line: Georgia -3 — Game of the Century of the Year of the Week in the SEC. Alabama already has a high profile loss (week 1 at Florida State), so they need this one. On the flip side, Kirby Smart is 1-7 in his last 8 games against Alabama, and needs a win in this game badly.
Other games on during primetime and late night
- Virginia Tech at NC State, 7pm, The CW; line: NC State -10
- Arizona at #14 Iowa State, 7pm, ESPN; line: Iowa State -6.5
- #25 BYU at Colorado, 10:30pm, ESPN; line: BYU -7
Big, big games tonight. Which one gets the big screen: Oregon-Penn State or Alabama-Georgia?
Enjoy the show tonight!
