Raiders fans fired up about start to free agency

all about free agency this week, so naturally, we spent our Tuesday Community Question on how fans about the Las Vegas Raiders’ wild start to free agency.

Naturally, they are fired up. Here are some of your responses:

It went about as well as vould be expected. We got our guy at C. We filled holes. On top of having a hole in our offensive line to fill with 1 more starter, we still have a dire need at DE, LB, and WR. We probably want to draft an offensive lineman at 14. Where does that leave us?

Grabbing an RB on day 3 is always fun. We seriously need to find a WR1, and a starting DE and Linebacker. Which do we address in free agency and which do we use or day 2 picks?

So far so good.Everyone’s in their mid-20s, so we should be getting all these players in their primes… no declining vets in their 30s. Still some cap space to maneuver with. Plenty of holes still, but 4 picks in the first three rounds will help with that. I’m guessing #14 will be a safety or WR at this point, or maybe NT if someone like McDonald rises up in the rankings and their estimations.

Much better than years past, have some hope now. still want couple more quality offensive lineman.

Very positive so far, but with the trauma of the last couple of decades, I look forward to seeing how this plays out in training camp and regular season. I want to see real improvement, I’m not expecting miracles (although that would be great) but solid improvement.

Everything that has gone on so far has been very logical, solid, sensible, non-dysfunctional.

If all this leads to consistent winning, you will all start to see Raider gear worn everywhere and it will shoot to #1, other teams try to mimic it, but nothing looks better than the Silver n’ Black.

I really hope this is the beginning, finally, towards a rebirth of this iconic franchise.
