The Detroit Tigers faltered on Friday night in an epic 15-inning battle in Game 5 of the ALCS against the Seattle Mariners at T-Mobile Park, falling 3-2 to end their postseason run. It may have been the end of the road for the Olde English D but there is still plenty of baseball left for the true fans of the game.
Saturday night’s battle will take place inside American Family Field, where the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Chicago Cubs in Game 5 of the NLDS. Much like the American League matchup between
the Tigers and Mariners, this series also required a full five games to decide the victor.
As of the time of publication, neither pitcher for Saturday night’s game have been announced. However, the broadcast details are: the battle begins at 8:08 p.m. ET and the action will be broadcast on TBS as well as HBO Max.
