The Washington Commanders are home for their first regular season game at Northwest Stadium this season. They are hosting the Seattle Seahawks and they’re big underdogs with QB Jayden Daniels sidelined with an elbow injury.
The Commanders offense showed some signs of life last week with Daniels using his legs to take advantage of the Cowboys defense. The offense changes again this week with Marcus Mariota under center. He stepped in for the 2nd half last week and ran David Blough’s offense effectively,
but he’ll be facing a mich better Seahawks defense on Sunday.
The defense took a step back against Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense last week. Sam Darnold returns as the Seahawks starter this week and will look to take advantage of Washington’s struggling secondary.
