What is the story about?
The Steelers will be without one of their best defensive linemen for at least the next four weeks, with the team planning to place Derrick Harmon on injured reserve, head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters in his Monday press conference.
Harmon was carted off the field in the Steelers’ Thursday Night Football loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 4 after playing just five snaps.
Harmon landing on IR will open up a roster spot for cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting, who
Pittsburgh is expected to sign off of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ practice squad.
