A recent and familiar Syracuse Orange alumnus is officially making his return to Boeheim’s Army.
Elijah Hughes, who played two seasons with the Orange, will be part of the Boeheim’s Army roster competing in the 2026 TBT, the team announced Monday.
Hughes made his TBT debut in 2025 with Boeheim’s Army. He is the second official commit for the 2026 Boeheim’s Army team, joining Buddy Boeheim.
Highes, Boeheim, and the rest of the Syracuse alumni squad will take the court just over a month from now for the 2026 TBT.
This year’s winner-take-all tournament will be slightly different, beginning with a best-of-three series. Syracuse will face Hall In, the Seton Hall alumni team, to start TBT.
TBT in the Hughes announcement also confirmed the tip-off times and TV information for Boeheim’s Army versus Hall In. Here is the current schedule:
Game 1: Tuesday, July 21st (Walsh Gymnasium at Seton Hall) — 7 p.m. EST on FS1
Game 2: Thursday, July 23rd (Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial) — 7 p.m. EST on FS2
Game 3 (if needed): Friday, July 24th (Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial) — 7 p.m. EST on FS2
As for the rest of the roster alongside Hughes and Boeheim, more additions to Boeheim’s Army will be announced “in the coming weeks,” according to TBT.
